Age Requirements

For the spa: Clients 12 years and older are welcome to enjoy the spa. The legal parent or guardian must accompany the minor child and stay on premise during all spa treatments. Girls 5-11 years of age may enjoy our mini-manicures, fruit facials, scrumptious peppermint pedicures and glamour-glitz make-up services. *Birthday/Special Girl packages are available.

Scheduling

Pre-scheduling is required for all services. You may pre-book you spa appointment online or over the telephone.  You will be asked to provide a credit card number or your gift certificate number in order to hold your reservation. Please refer to the cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time.

Spa Arrival

To ensure the complete benefits of your spa service, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. This will allow you time to change into appropriate spa attire and complete the personal, medical history and consent forms for your particular service.

Online Scheduling

Patrons who schedule and pre-pay for spa services online, will receive an appreciation gift card totaling 10% of the prepaid service and will be redeemable toward future services or merchandise purchase.

Telephone Scheduling

Our commitment is to our client’s spa experience and to avoid interruption in services or relaxation during spa treatment hours, incoming telephone calls will be handled as follows:

Your call will be answered by an automated voice and you will be prompted to leave your name, telephone numbers and to state the services you are requesting, along with the time and date of requested appointment. Your call will be returned during the following morning or evening hours or as time allows during day spa hours.

Morning: 7:00am - 8:00am
Evening: 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Appointment Verification

As a courtesy to you, a reminder of your appointment and appointment time will be sent to you via your email address 48-hours prior to your scheduled service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Should a cancellation occur through no fault of Natural Beauty less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and Natural Beauty is unable to fill the cancelled time, 50% of the service cost will be applied to your credit card or gift card for the applicable services booked or a minimum fee of $35.00 which ever is greater. Pre-paid services, canceled appointments and no- show appointments will not be eligible for the appreciation gift card credit applied to the cancelled services.

No Show Appointments

Should a client not arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing the proper notification (see cancellation policy above

Merchandise Exchanges

Natural Beauty will gladly exchange any product that is defective. Products or merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturers wrap/box along with receipt within 10 days of purchase. No refunds are given.

Tipping-Gratuities

Our menu prices do not include gratuity. Gratuity may be included in any gift certificate and or purchases and spa services. Tipping is left to the discretion of the client. Gratuities are appreciated.

Your Privacy

Natural Beauty observes strict privacy policies and will not share or sell your information to any other party. Your credit card and spa service history will be kept securely in your client history file.

Spa Tranquility

To ensure personal relaxation and tranquility of each and every one of our spa guests, we request that cell phones and pagers be turned off when entering the spa. Quiet voices are appreciated while at the spa.

We strive to maintain a safe and calming atmosphere for all appointed guests and ask that friends and family not appointed for spa services not accompany you. The exception for this request is a minor guest with a spa appointment is required to be accompanied by the adult parent or guardian.

Refreshments

Please enjoy our complimentary beverages and treats while you enjoy your spa experience. A “Spa lunch” can be added to any gift package for an additional $11.00.  Spa package purchase including 4 or more same day services include a complimentary lunch.

Spa Changing Rooms

Comfortable and appropriate spa attire is provided for you to change into prior to you treatments. A shower facility is available for you, if you so desire, after your spa services. Shampoo, combs, brushes and hair dryers and styling aids are provided for your convenience.

Loss and Damage

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen articles. Natural Beauty takes precautions to protect your personal belongings but will not be held responsible for loss or damage.

Consultations

A consultation is a perfect opportunity to become acquainted. It is our pleasure to answer any questions you may have before receiving your services. Our professional technicians will help you with your choice of services suited to meet your needs and expectations. Certain medical conditions will require the addition of a pre-treatment consultation.

You will be asked to complete a personal and medical history along with consent of treatment form prior to receiving any treatment or services.  This information provides insight to your overall health and is considered confidential and kept secure in your client record. Due to certain medical conditions your technician may advise against particular treatment or therapy and suggest an appropriate alternative.

Gift Cards and Certificates

Natural Beauty Gift Cards and Certificates are the perfect answer to your giving needs. Beautifully presented, they are customized for any service or dollar amount. We are pleased to offer the convenience of on-line ordering.

Brides, Brides Maids and Princesses

We can help you relax, look and feel beautiful in preparing for your special day or event. We will gladly work with you to arrange for services to meet your group or individual needs. Special hours and appointment times are available upon request.
